The soft lighting is one of the most popular product range. The brief of this project is to develop a trimless installation solution that integrates cleanly into the ceiling finish; expand compatibility across a range of ceiling substrates — including plasterboard, timber, and stone; and engineer the system to accommodate varying ceiling thicknesses, so the same product family could be confidently specified across a far wider range of commercial and residential projects.

I lead the product development process and coordination with supplier to achieve 70% cost reduction.
